Hoof Harted

Hoof Harted is a party game. Your phone plays a wildly over-engineered “detector”: you type in the names of everyone in the room, it runs an elaborate scan, and then it names one of them.

It detects nothing. The result is a uniform random draw over the names you typed, and the app says so on the result screen. There are no sensors, and no sensor permissions are requested.
